To me, they reflect a sense of what the spirit of leadership is about. They reflect what makes us human in continuously evolving world of … computers, artificial intelligence and automation.
They also reflect the qualities that will help us rise above the challenge and the turmoil that it brings.
Change is an increasing fact of life … and the reality is we will bring one of two attitudes to it … we will either adventure into it, or we will fall victim to its stress and depression. We will either ‘happen’ to change or it will ‘happen’ to us.
Adventuring into change is about embracing fresh perspectives, seeing new potential, approaching situations with curiosity and a desire for exploration. It is about bringing the version of ourselves that is best equipped to deliver the outcomes we need in the future of work.
